This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through reachiq.ai and any marketing pages, forms, blog posts, gated resources, or sub-domains that link to this policy. It does not apply to:
- The ReachIQ web application (
app.reachiq.ai), which is covered by the Web App Privacy Policy. - The ReachIQ NFC Writer product, which is covered by the NFC Writer Privacy Policy.

Information we collect
We collect personal information in three ways: directly from you, automatically when you interact with the Site, and from third-party sources.
Information you provide to us. When you fill out a form on our Site, request a demo, download a resource, subscribe to our newsletter, attend an event we host, or otherwise contact us, you may give us your name, business email address, phone number, job title, company name, company size, industry, country, and any free-text message you submit. If you apply for a job through our Site, you may also provide a resume, employment history, and references.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect technical information about your device and browsing activity, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, language preferences, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and general geolocation inferred from IP address.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from our service providers, business partners, social media platforms, advertising networks, event co-hosts, data enrichment providers, and publicly available sources. This information helps us verify the accuracy of records, qualify leads, and improve the relevance of communications.
How we use information
We use the information collected through the Site to:
- Respond to inquiries, fulfill demo requests, and provide customer support.
- Send transactional communications such as confirmations, security alerts, and administrative messages.
- Send marketing communications, newsletters, product updates, event invitations, and promotional content where you have consented or where permitted by applicable law.
- Personalize your experience on the Site and recommend relevant content.
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Site, including measuring traffic and engagement.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service.
- Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our agreements.
- Evaluate candidates who apply for positions with ReachIQ.
We do not use information collected through the Site to make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons, software development kits, and similar technologies to operate the Site, measure usage, and support advertising. For full details on the technologies used, the categories of cookies set, and how to manage your preferences, see our Cookie Policy.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of “sale” and “sharing” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) and equivalent laws that recognize universal opt-out mechanisms.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We share information collected through the Site only in the following situations:
Service providers. We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, including web hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management, payment processing, analytics, advertising measurement, customer support, security, and fraud prevention. These vendors are bound by written contracts that limit their use of personal information to the services they provide to us.
Affiliates. We share information with our parent, subsidiaries, and other companies under common ownership or control with Connectome Inc., for the purposes described in this policy.
Advertising and analytics partners. We share limited information, including online identifiers and engagement data, with advertising and analytics partners to measure campaign performance, suppress audiences, and serve relevant ads. Depending on how these partners use the information, certain disclosures may qualify as “sharing” or “sale” under US state privacy laws; you can opt out via our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser.
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to (i) comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process; (ii) protect the rights, property, or safety of Connectome Inc., our customers, our employees, or the public; (iii) investigate or prevent fraud, security incidents, or violations of our agreements; or (iv) comply with national security or law enforcement requirements.
Corporate transactions. If Connectome Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or bankruptcy, personal information may be transferred to the acquiring or surviving entity. We will notify affected users where required by law.
With your consent. We share information for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information or with your consent.
Legal bases for processing (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal information on the following legal bases under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR:
- Consent, for marketing communications, non-essential cookies, and any processing that requires consent under applicable law.
- Performance of a contract, to provide the Services you request and respond to your inquiries.
- Legal obligation, to comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.
- Legitimate interests, to operate, secure, and improve our Site and Services, communicate with prospective customers, prevent fraud, and develop our business, where those interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have conducted a balancing assessment. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time by contacting us.

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to you, you may have the following rights with respect to personal information we hold about you:
- The right to access the personal information we hold about you and to receive a copy.
- The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- The right to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- The right to port personal information to another controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

- The right to withdraw consent where we rely on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising.
- The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@reachiq.ai or support@reachiq.ai, or use the request forms linked from this policy. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law (typically 30 to 45 days). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
If you are a resident of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland and we cannot resolve your concern, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

For residents of Nevada, you may opt out of the sale of your covered information by emailing us at privacy@reachiq.ai. ReachIQ does not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law.
International data transfers
ReachIQ is headquartered in the United States, and we operate globally. Your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, India, and other countries where we or our service providers maintain facilities. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your country.
For transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and the Swiss-equivalent SCCs, along with supplementary measures where required. A copy of the safeguards relied upon for a specific transfer is available on request at privacy@reachiq.ai.
Data security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful loss, access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS), encryption of sensitive data at rest, access controls, network monitoring, vulnerability scanning, security awareness training, and a documented incident response program. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Retention periods are determined based on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, the existence of an ongoing relationship, our legal obligations, and our legitimate business interests. When retention is no longer required, we delete or de-identify the information.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@reachiq.ai and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Updated” date at the top of this page and, where required by law, provide additional notice (such as by email or a banner on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
