Apollo bundles a contact database with light outreach features. Outreach is a sequencer with no native database. ReachIQ is both, plus the AI personalization layer (fine-tuned on 25M B2B sends) sits inside the sequence builder, not bolted on. And if you don't want to run it yourself, the same platform comes with a managed SDR via Done-for-You. None of the others offer that.
Yes, you can import a CSV. You can also run the ICP scorer over imported records.
You can, but we recommend running on secondary sending domains so your primary stays clean. ReachIQ doesn't buy domains. We configure, warm, and monitor the secondary domains for you as part of the plan. You can route everything through your primary domain too if volume is low, just understand the deliverability tradeoff.
Most teams send their first sequence within 60 minutes of signing up. Domain warming takes 10 to 14 days regardless of vendor (it's a Gmail/Outlook reputation thing, not a software thing). If you bring already-warmed domains, you can send at full volume on day one.
Yes. Done-for-You uses the same platform under the hood, just with a dedicated SDR running it on your account. The migration is one call: same data, same campaigns, you add an SDR on the engagement.
SSO and audit logs are on the Enterprise tier. SOC 2 Type II is in progress and is available on request under NDA. We don't train on customer data without explicit opt-in and we don't share data across accounts.
