Connectome Inc. (DBA “ReachIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your right to control how your personal information is used. This notice explains how California residents, and residents of other US states with similar privacy laws, can exercise their right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.
Our position on sale and sharing
Connectome Inc. does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not trade personal information in exchange for money.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), the terms “sale” and “sharing” are defined broadly. Certain disclosures of online identifiers, device information, and browsing activity to advertising and analytics partners through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising” under California law even when no money changes hands.
To the extent any such activity occurs through reachiq.ai, you have the right to opt out at any time using the methods below.
Separately, the ReachIQ B2B database described in our Web App Privacy Policy contains business contact information that we license to customers for business-to-business sales, marketing, and recruiting. The contractual licensing of business contact information to ReachIQ customers may also fall within the broad statutory definition of “sale.” You may opt out of inclusion in the ReachIQ database at any time using the methods below.
How to submit an opt-out request
You can submit a verifiable consumer request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information in any of the following ways:
- Email. Send a message to privacy@reachiq.ai (or support@reachiq.ai) with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” Please include:
- Your full name
- The email address(es) associated with your information
- Your company or employer (if known)
- The state or country in which you reside
- A description of the request (for example, opt out of cookie-based sharing, removal from the ReachIQ database, or both)
- Web form. Use the request form on our Privacy Center (where available).
- Mail. Connectome Inc., Attn: Privacy Team, 2810 North Church Street, Wilmington, DE 19802, USA.
We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and process it within 15 business days of receipt for opt-out requests, or within 45 days for other privacy rights requests (extendable by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, with notice to you).
Once we process your opt-out, we will continue to honor it. You do not need to submit a new opt-out request unless you have a new device or browser profile, or unless you create a new account or relationship with us.
Global Privacy Control
ReachIQ honors the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal as a valid opt-out preference signal under California law and under the privacy laws of other US states that recognize universal opt-out mechanisms (including Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Montana, New Jersey, Oregon, and Texas).
If you enable GPC in a supported browser or browser extension, we will treat the signal as an opt-out of “sale” and “sharing” for the browser through which the signal is sent. You do not need to take any additional action for that browser. For information on enabling GPC, see globalprivacycontrol.org.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. The agent must provide:
- A written, signed authorization from you permitting the agent to submit the request, or a power of attorney granted under applicable law; and
- Proof of the agent’s identity.
We may also require you to verify your identity directly with us before fulfilling the request.
Verification
For an opt-out of sale or sharing, we generally do not require identity verification, but we may take reasonable steps to confirm that the request is genuine and not the product of fraud. For other privacy rights requests (access, deletion, correction, portability), we will ask you to verify your identity by providing information sufficient for us to confirm that you are the person about whom we hold information. The verification information we request will be proportionate to the sensitivity of the data and the risk of unauthorized disclosure.
Sensitive personal information
We do not use or disclose your sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right-to-limit notice under California law. As a result, we are not required to offer a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” link.
Other privacy rights
In addition to the right to opt out of sale and sharing, California residents and residents of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws have the right to:
- Know what categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, the sources from which we collect it, and the categories of recipients with whom we share it.
- Access and obtain a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Port personal information to another controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Appeal our denial of a privacy rights request (where appeal rights apply).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the methods above and identify the right(s) you wish to exercise. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Non-discrimination
We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, provide a different level of quality of services, or retaliate against you in any way because you exercised your privacy rights. We may, however, charge a different price or offer a different level of service if the difference is reasonably related to the value provided to you by your personal information, as permitted by law.
Residents of other US states
If you reside in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or any other US state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you have rights similar to those described above, including the right to opt out of:
- The sale of your personal information.
- Targeted advertising or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Certain types of profiling that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
The specific scope and process of these rights depend on the law of your state. Use the methods above to submit a request and identify the law you are relying on. We will respond as required by that law.
For residents of Nevada, you may opt out of the sale of “covered information” as defined under Nevada law by emailing privacy@reachiq.ai.
