This Cookie Policy explains how Connectome Inc. (DBA “ReachIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on reachiq.ai and the subdomains that link to this policy (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
If you continue to use the Site, you are confirming that you accept the use of cookies as described in this policy, subject to the choices you make in our cookie consent banner. Where consent is required by law (for example, in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), we will not set non-essential cookies until you have consented through our consent management platform.
Who we are
Connectome Inc. is a Delaware corporation that does business as ReachIQ. Our registered address is 2810 North Church Street, Wilmington, DE 19802, USA. You can contact our Privacy Team at privacy@reachiq.ai or support@reachiq.ai.
In this policy:
- “You” or “your” means the user visiting the Site.
- “We,” “us,” or “our” means Connectome Inc.
- “Site” means reachiq.ai and any subdomains that link to this policy.
- “Cookies” means cookies and other similar tracking technologies described below.
What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your browser or device when you visit. They allow the website to recognize your device on subsequent visits, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is being used. We also use similar technologies that perform comparable functions, including:
- Pixel tags / web beacons. Tiny graphics, often invisible, that record whether a page has been viewed or an email has been opened.
- Local and session storage. Mechanisms built into modern browsers that store information on your device.
- Software development kits (SDKs). Pieces of code embedded in apps and websites that send information about how the app or site is used.
- Server logs. Automated records of requests made to our servers, including IP addresses and timestamps.
For convenience, we refer to all of these as “cookies” in this policy.
Categories of cookies we use
The cookies on the Site fall into the following categories:
Strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are required to operate the Site and provide the features you request. They support core functionality such as page navigation, secure login, session persistence, load balancing, and CSRF protection. Strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent and cannot be switched off through our consent banner.
Functional cookies. These cookies remember choices you make (such as your language, region, or display preferences) and provide enhanced features. Disabling functional cookies may degrade the user experience but does not break core functionality.
Analytics and performance cookies. These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Site, which pages are most visited, where errors occur, and how to improve performance. We use both first-party and third-party analytics providers (including Google Analytics) and aggregate the information we collect.
Advertising and targeting cookies. These cookies record information about your visit and may be used by us, our advertising partners, and social media platforms to deliver advertisements that are relevant to your interests, measure ad performance, and limit the number of times you see an ad. Disclosures of information through advertising cookies may qualify as “sale” or “sharing” under certain US state privacy laws; you can opt out at any time through our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or by enabling Global Privacy Control.
Social media cookies. These cookies are set by social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram) when their widgets are embedded on the Site. They enable features like content sharing, embedded videos, and chat. The information collected is governed by the privacy policies of the respective platforms.
Specific cookies and similar technologies
The categories below summarize the main third-party services that set cookies on the Site. The exact list is maintained in our cookie consent banner, where each cookie is listed by name, provider, purpose, and duration.
- Google Tag Manager. Used to load and manage other tags on the Site, including analytics and advertising tags.
- Google Analytics 4. Used to measure traffic, engagement, and performance. Helps us improve site structure and content.
- Google Ads. Used for advertising measurement, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag. Used for advertising measurement, audience building, and conversion tracking on LinkedIn campaigns.
- Meta Pixel. Used for advertising measurement, audience building, and conversion tracking on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- X / Twitter Pixel. Used for advertising measurement and conversion tracking on X campaigns.
- YouTube. Embedded videos may set cookies governed by Google’s privacy policy.
- HubSpot. Used for marketing automation, forms, chat, and customer relationship management.
- Hotjar / session replay tools. Used to understand user experience, identify usability issues, and improve site design (where enabled).
- Cookie consent platform. Used to record and honor your cookie preferences.
This list may change as we add or remove services. The cookie consent banner on the Site is the authoritative list at any given time.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies on the Site are set by third parties rather than by ReachIQ directly. We do not control how third parties use the information they collect through their cookies. Their use is governed by their own privacy and cookie policies. We encourage you to review them.

How long cookies last
Cookies can be either session cookies or persistent cookies:
- Session cookies expire when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period (anywhere from a few minutes to several years), or until you delete them manually.
The duration of each cookie is listed in our cookie consent banner.
Managing your cookie preferences
You have several ways to manage cookies on the Site:
Consent banner. When you first visit the Site, you will see a banner that lets you accept or reject categories of non-essential cookies. You can revisit and change your choices at any time through the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer of the Site.
Browser settings. Most browsers let you view, manage, or delete cookies through their settings. You can also configure your browser to refuse cookies or notify you when a cookie is set. Note that if you reject all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, some parts of the Site may not function properly. The links below provide browser-specific guidance:
- Safari (macOS / iOS): support.apple.com
- Google Chrome: support.google.com/chrome
- Microsoft Edge: support.microsoft.com/microsoft-edge
- Mozilla Firefox: support.mozilla.org/firefox
- Brave: support.brave.com
Mobile device settings. On iOS and Android devices, you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in the device privacy settings.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
There is no industry consensus on how to interpret browser “Do Not Track” signals. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals at this time.
We do, however, honor Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signals as a valid opt-out of “sale” and “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA and equivalent US state laws that recognize universal opt-out mechanisms. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as an opt-out for that browser and device. For information on GPC, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, applicable laws, or our practices. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Updated” date at the top of this page. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or seek renewed consent.
