Senior SDRs

You’ve run real outbound. You’ve booked meetings with CIOs, CTOs, and VP Sales. You know which openers work and which die.

  • 3 to 7 years SDR or AE experience selling B2B SaaS, IT services, or staffing
  • You’ve personally booked 100+ qualified meetings
  • You’ve used modern outreach stacks and have opinions about them
  • You can read an ICP and tell us what’s missing
  • You want to be on accounts, not in spreadsheets
02 / Engineering Full-stack

Full-stack developers

You ship to production. You’ve built with LLMs beyond a hackathon. You’re comfortable across the stack and know when to call evals real.

  • 4+ years building production systems (Node, React, Python, TypeScript, or Go)
  • Hands-on with LLM APIs, prompt evals, RAG pipelines when warranted
  • Comfortable owning a feature end-to-end: data, API, UI, deploy
  • Bias toward shipping over architecture astronauting
  • You’ve built something that actually got used by people who weren’t your team
03 / Ops + Growth Operators

Operators who want to build a category

You’ve run RevOps, ABM, or CS for a B2B team. You see process holes and close them. You’re ready to stop maintaining and start building.

  • 4+ years in RevOps, ABM, customer success, or growth ops
  • You’ve owned a number end-to-end and held the line on it
  • Hands-on with a modern CRM, plus SQL or Excel at depth
  • You can write clearly enough that a customer believes you
