Cold outbound to providers and payers doesn't transmit PHI, so HIPAA doesn't apply in the technical sense. What matters is sounding like you understand the regulatory weight: never asking for PHI in a cold email, referencing 42 CFR Part 2 correctly, knowing the difference between a covered entity and a business associate. Our healthtech SDRs are trained on the language.
Yes. EU outbound runs on opt-out language compliant with GDPR Article 6(1)(f). California recipients get CCPA-compliant suppression. Account-wide suppression carries across every campaign forever, not just the current one.
Selectively. Federal procurement is its own animal and we're not the right partner there. State, county, and education-sector outbound we've done, particularly for IT services and healthtech vendors. Worth a discovery call.
Most clients have ACVs of $10K and up. Below $5K ACV the unit economics get tight unless volume is very high. Above $50K ACV the model is most powerful: one or two meetings a month pays for the engagement many times over.
