Done-for-You bundles all of that into a single monthly invoice with an SDR already trained on the platform and on outbound best practices. First qualified meetings in month 2 to 3, not month 4 to 6.
They're a ReachIQ employee, dedicated to your account. They work overlapping hours with your business hours by default, in your Slack, on your domain. Complete sync to your business hours is available on request. You meet them before the engagement starts and you can swap them for free if it's not the right fit. They are not 1099 contractors, they are not stretched across 10 accounts, and they are not a chatbot pretending to be human.
The judgment-heavy work. Objection handling on a real reply ("we already use Outreach"), nuanced follow-ups when a prospect says "maybe Q4", warm phone calls on the 5 prospects most worth a real conversation, meeting hand-offs where your AE gets briefed before the call. Yes. We recommend running outbound on secondary sending domains (yourco-team.com, yourco-go.com, etc.) to protect your primary domain reputation. You own the domains; we handle DNS, warming, and reputation throughout. Primary-domain sending is supported when volume is low and the use case justifies it.
Per dedicated SDR per month, with seat allowance for sending volume. One monthly invoice covers the SDR, the AI platform, the sender infrastructure, the data, and the strategist. No per-seat tool upcharges, no usage overages, no surprise data fees. Talk to Sales for the specific number.
It works best for B2B with $10K+ ACVs selling to decision-makers (CIO, CTO, VP, Founder). We've run outbound across B2B SaaS, fintech, healthtech, staffing, agencies, and IT services. If your motion is product-led or self-serve under $100/mo, Done-for-You is the wrong fit and we'll say so on the call.
Outbound launches in month 2. If by the end of month 2 we're not seeing reply quality or early qualified meetings, we run a structured diagnostic call (messaging, ICP, channel mix) and adjust. If the issue is the SDR, we swap them. If the unit economics don't work, we don't ask you to renew. We'd rather end cleanly than churn under pressure.
