Acceptance of Terms of Use
If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you are not permitted to use the Platform. Connectome Inc. may change these Terms of Use at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. If you continue to use the Platform after any updates, you agree to the revised Terms of Use. If you or your employer have entered into another written agreement with Connectome Inc. that directly conflicts with these Terms of Use, the conflicting terms of that separate agreement will control.
Eligibility
Any access to or use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms of Use.
Privacy
Any personal information submitted in connection with your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy available at /web-app/privacy-policy/. We will use information about you that we obtain either directly from you or through your use of the Platform in accordance with that Privacy Policy and only as needed to provide and improve the Platform.
Account and Security
You may need to create an account to use some Platform features. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it current. You may not use an account belonging to another person without Connectome Inc.'s express prior written permission. You are fully responsible for your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You may not transfer your account to another person.
Proprietary Materials
The Platform contains copyrighted materials, trademarks, proprietary information, and intellectual property owned by Connectome Inc. and its licensors, including source code, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and other materials (collectively, "Proprietary Materials"). You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or exploit any Proprietary Materials without our prior written consent.
All rights in the Proprietary Materials are reserved except where expressly granted. No copying, transmission, distribution, publication, republication, reverse engineering, decompilation, storage, or commercial exploitation of any Proprietary Materials is permitted without our express written permission.
The entire Platform is protected by copyright. If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform, that feedback will be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary, and Connectome Inc. may use it without compensation to you.
User Generated Content
"User Generated Content" means any material, including text, images, audio, video, or audio-visual content, that you submit to the Platform.
You grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute your User Generated Content for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform. You also grant us the right to sublicense these rights where needed for those purposes.
Your User Generated Content must not be unlawful, infringe third-party rights, or expose you, us, or any third party to legal claims. We reserve the right to edit or remove any material submitted to the Platform or stored on our servers.
Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the Platform in any way that damages or could reasonably be expected to damage the Platform or impair its availability or accessibility
- Use the Platform for any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity
- Use the Platform to store, transmit, or distribute malicious code, including spyware, viruses, worms, trojans, keyloggers, or rootkits
- Conduct scraping, data mining, data extraction, or other systematic or automated data collection on or in relation to the Platform without our written consent
- Republish, sell, rent, sublicense, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit material on the Platform for a commercial purpose
- Remove or modify copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Platform materials
- Attempt to violate security measures, gain unauthorized access, or otherwise compromise the Platform or its users
We reserve the right to monitor use of the Platform and to suspend, revoke, deny, disable, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms of Use or exceed reasonable use limits as determined in our sole discretion.
Warranty Disclaimer
WE DO NOT WARRANT THE COMPLETENESS OR ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION PUBLISHED ON THE PLATFORM, NOR DO WE COMMIT TO ENSURING THAT THE PLATFORM REMAINS AVAILABLE OR THAT ITS MATERIALS WILL ALWAYS BE KEPT UP TO DATE.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. CONNECTOME INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND PARTNERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
CONNECTOME INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, BE SECURE, OR BE ERROR-FREE, AND CONNECTOME INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY MATERIALS OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

Export Controls
The Platform may be subject to export laws and regulations of the United States and other jurisdictions. You represent that you are not named on any U.S. government denied-party list and will not access or use the Platform in violation of applicable export laws.
General Terms
Non-Waiver. Failure by Connectome Inc. to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use will not be deemed a waiver of any right or provision.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use must be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Washington.
Compliance with Legal Requests
We may fully cooperate with valid legal processes and lawful requests from authorities with jurisdiction that require us to disclose customer data or other information stored on or processed through the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNECTOME INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFIT, ARISING out of or related to your use of the Platform or any content provided through it, even if advised of the possibility of those damages.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNECTOME INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS OF USE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connectome Inc. and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, suppliers, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your User Generated Content, your use of the Platform, your connection to the Platform, or your violation of these Terms of Use or any third-party rights.
Equitable Relief
You acknowledge that a breach of these Terms of Use may cause irreparable harm to Connectome Inc. for which damages would not be an adequate remedy. Accordingly, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.
Assignment
We may freely transfer or assign our rights or delegate our obligations under these Terms of Use. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use without our prior written consent.
